Round-table update on analysis for the Predictive processing data release manuscript

We plan to have a discussion around receptive field figures.

Receptive Field Analysis And Manuscript Figures: Marcel presented receptive-field results comparing Zebra-noise wavelet analysis with Gabor-patch responses across ephys, mesoscope, and SLAP2 recordings; Jerome, Stefan, Lucas, and Sarah discussed statistical validation, visualization, modality coverage, and manuscript figure requirements.12:08

Cross-Session Representational Stability: Nicholas presented a CKA-based analysis of stimulus-wise receptive-field representations across recording sessions, finding higher apparent stability at greater cortical depths, while Jerome, Lucas, Alexander, Sarah, and Stefan requested controls and additional analyses to determine whether the pattern reflects representational drift or sampling and experimental confounds.38:26

Analysis Code Validation: Alexander reported that his comparison of Marcel's receptive-field implementation with the AI-generated code produced matching results, allowing the team to proceed with the AI code where it is further developed.1:02:34

Deferred Stimulus Statistics Discussion: David's planned discussion of stimulus timing, mismatch frequency, and running statistics in the sensorimotor context was deferred to the following week because the meeting ran out of time.1:02:58

Upcoming Data Release Activities: Jerome announced in early-October a multiplex-FISH presentation that will add genetic cell-type information for a subset of mesoscope sessions to the planned data release.1:03:52
